Pickle Juice Margarita Popsicles (Print Version)

Tangy frozen margarita pops with fresh lime, pickle juice, and tequila—a refreshing treat for summer gatherings.

# What You’ll Need:

→ Liquid Base

01 - 1 cup dill pickle juice
02 - 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (about 4 to 5 limes)
03 - 2/3 cup silver tequila
04 - 1/4 cup triple sec or orange liqueur
05 - 1/3 cup simple syrup, adjusted to taste

→ Garnish (optional)

06 - 1 tablespoon coarse sea salt, for rimming
07 - 8 thin lime wheels or small dill pickle slices, optional, for inside popsicles

# How to Make It:

01 - In a large mixing bowl or pitcher, thoroughly blend pickle juice, lime juice, tequila, triple sec, and simple syrup until well integrated.
02 - Taste the mixture and incorporate additional simple syrup if a sweeter profile is desired.
03 - If desired, position a lime wheel or dill pickle slice into each popsicle mold cavity.
04 - Evenly pour the liquid mixture into popsicle molds, allowing a small gap at the top to accommodate expansion during freezing.
05 - Place sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 6 hours or until the mixture is completely solid.
06 - To serve, briefly run the molds under warm water to assist in releasing the popsicles. Optionally, dip the tips of popsicles into coarse sea salt before serving for an authentic margarita touch.

# Additional Tips:

01 - For a non-alcoholic version, substitute tequila and triple sec with additional pickle juice and limeade.
02 - Swap dill pickle juice with bread-and-butter pickle juice for a subtle sweetness.
03 - These popsicles pair well with light Mexican beers or as a playful appetizer at summer gatherings.
