02 - 170 g creamy peanut butter
03 - 110 g honey

→ Add-ins

04 - 85 g mini chocolate chips
05 - 50 g ground flaxseed (optional)
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
07 - Pinch of salt

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, add rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, ground flaxseed if using, and a pinch of salt.
02 - Stir thoroughly with a spatula or spoon until the ingredients are evenly combined and the mixture becomes sticky.
03 - Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips to distribute them throughout the mixture.
04 - Portion the mixture and roll into 2.5 cm balls using your hands or a small cookie scoop.
05 - Place the balls onto a tray or plate lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow them to firm up.
06 - Transfer the set bites to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to one week.

# Additional Notes:

01 - For a vegan adaptation, substitute honey with maple syrup and use dairy-free chocolate chips.
02 - To make these nut-free, replace peanut butter with sunflower seed butter and choose allergy-safe chocolate chips.
03 - Enhance texture and nutrition by folding in chia seeds, shredded coconut, or chopped nuts.
04 - For long-term storage, freeze the bites in a sealed container for up to two months.
