Overnight Oats Berries Almond Butter (Print Version)

A creamy blend of oats, fresh berries, and almond butter, ready after overnight chilling.

# What You’ll Need:

→ Oats Base

01 - 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
02 - 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
03 - 2 teaspoons chia seeds
04 - 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup or honey
05 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - Pinch of salt

→ Toppings

07 - 1 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
08 - 2 tablespoons almond butter
09 - 2 tablespoons sliced almonds, optional

# How to Make It:

01 - In a medium bowl or jar, combine oats, almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir thoroughly to ensure all ingredients are evenly distributed.
02 - Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight to allow oats to soften and fully absorb the liquid.
03 - In the morning, stir the oats well. If the mixture is too thick, add additional milk in small amounts until desired consistency is reached.
04 - Divide oats evenly between two bowls or jars. Top each portion with mixed berries, 1 tablespoon almond butter, and sliced almonds if desired.
05 - Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to consume.

# Additional Tips::

01 -
  • Zero cooking required—just mix, sleep, and wake up to breakfast waiting for you.
  • The chia seeds thicken everything naturally while adding omega-3s you'll actually feel good about.
  • It tastes indulgent but keeps you full through your entire morning without the sugar crash.
02 -
  • If you skip the chia seeds, the oats will be runnier than you expect—they're not optional if you want that creamy texture.
  • Don't use instant oats thinking they'll soften faster; they'll turn into mush and disappoint you the way they did me the first time.
03 -
  • Use a wide-mouth jar so you can actually scoop the thick mixture without fighting with geometry.
  • Prep your toppings in small containers the night before so assembly feels effortless when you're still half-asleep.
