14 - 1 medium tomato, diced
15 - 1/4 cup dill pickles, chopped
16 - 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
17 - 1/4 cup burger sauce or extra ketchup or mustard
18 - Optional: sliced jalapeños
19 - Optional: avocado slices

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F.
02 - Add ground beef to a large skillet over medium heat and cook, breaking apart with a spoon, until lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Drain excess fat if desired.
03 - Add finely diced onion and cook for 2 minutes until softened. Stir in minced garlic and cook 1 minute longer.
04 - Mix in tomato paste, yellow mustard, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, kosher salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring, until sauce is combined and slightly thickened. Remove from heat.
05 - Arrange tortilla boats on a baking sheet. Evenly distribute cooked beef mixture among the boats.
06 - Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the filled boats.
07 - Bake in preheated oven for 5 to 7 minutes, or until cheese is fully melted and boats are heated through.
08 - Remove from oven and top with lettuce, diced tomato, chopped pickles, red onion, and additional desired toppings. Drizzle with burger sauce or additional ketchup or mustard. Serve immediately.

# Additional Tips:

01 - For extra heat, add sliced jalapeños or hot sauce to the toppings.
02 - For a lighter or vegetarian alternative, substitute ground turkey or a plant-based ground meat.
03 - A blend of cheddar and Monterey Jack adds enhanced creaminess.
04 - Pair with oven fries or a crisp green salad as a complementary side.
