07 - 60 milliliters pure maple syrup

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Place rolled oats, shredded coconut, chia seeds, matcha powder, and sea salt in a large mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly to distribute ingredients evenly.

04 - Roll each formed ball in additional shredded coconut to coat the surface evenly, if desired.
05 - Arrange the balls on a parchment-lined plate or tray. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes until firm before serving.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Store the bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week, or freeze for two months.
02 - For a nut-free option, substitute sunflower seed butter.
03 - Stir in 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips or chopped dried fruit for additional flavor variation.
04 - Increase the maple syrup by 1–2 tablespoons for extra sweetness if preferred.
