# How to Make It:

01 - Cook potstickers and edamame; thinly slice vegetables and fruits; cut nori into small circles for facial details.
02 - Lay out lettuce leaves in a curving line on a large platter to form the dragon's body.
03 - Layer BBQ pork, shrimp, and potstickers along the lettuce leaves to mimic dragon scales.
04 - Place sliced cucumber, bell peppers, carrots, mango, and dragon fruit to add color and define the dragon’s body and tail.
05 - Use edamame, mango, and dragon fruit to shape the head; apply nori circles for eyes, black olives or grapes for nostrils, and chives or green onions as whiskers.
