10 - 1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing)
11 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
# How to Make It:
01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - On a lightly floured surface, roll the pizza dough into a 12 by 8-inch rectangle.
03 - Evenly distribute mozzarella, pepperoni slices, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning over the dough, keeping a 1/2-inch border clear.
04 - Starting from a long edge, tightly roll the dough into a log, pinching the seam to seal.
05 - Cut the log into 12 equal pieces and place them cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.
06 - Brush each roll lightly with olive oil.
07 - Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until rolls are golden and cheese is bubbly.
08 - Meanwhile, gently heat honey, hot sauce, butter, and red pepper flakes in a small saucepan until melted and fluid.
09 - Remove rolls from oven and brush them generously with the hot honey glaze.
10 - Optionally garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
