02 - 3.5 oz white chocolate, chopped or chips

03 - 2 oz mini marshmallows
04 - 3 tablespoons hot cocoa mix
05 - 2 tablespoons crushed peppermint candies (optional)
06 - 2 tablespoons chocolate sprinkles (optional)
# How to Make It:
01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Melt the semisweet chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water or in 30-second intervals in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
03 - Pour the melted semisweet chocolate onto the lined baking sheet and spread into a rectangle approximately ¼ inch thick.
04 - While chocolate is warm, evenly sprinkle hot cocoa mix, mini marshmallows, and crushed peppermint candies over the surface.
05 - Melt the white chocolate using the same method, then drizzle it over the bark in zig-zag patterns with a spoon.
06 - Add chocolate sprinkles or other desired toppings, pressing gently with a spatula or hands to ensure adhesion.
07 - Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until the bark is firm.
08 - Once set, break the bark into large pieces and store in an airtight container or package as gifts.
