# What You’ll Need:

01 - 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1.5-inch cubes

02 - 3 tbsp honey
03 - 2 tbsp olive oil
04 - 1 tbsp dried culinary lavender buds, lightly crushed
05 - 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
06 - 2 tsp Dijon mustard
07 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
08 - 1 tsp salt
09 - ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper

→ For Grilling

10 - 1 tbsp olive oil, for brushing grill
11 - Lemon wedges, for serving
12 - Fresh herbs (optional, such as thyme or parsley), for garnish

# How to Make It:

01 - In a large bowl, whisk together honey, olive oil, lavender, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper until combined.
02 - Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, up to 4 hours for enhanced flavor.
03 - If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning during grilling.
04 - Thread marinated chicken pieces onto skewers, leaving small gaps between each piece to ensure even cooking.
05 - Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat and brush grates lightly with olive oil to prevent sticking.
06 - Grill the skewers for 10 to 12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and lightly charred at the edges.
07 - Transfer the skewers to a serving platter, garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and serve with lemon wedges.
