Honey-Glazed Ham (Print Version)

Juicy ham with a sticky-sweet honey glaze and warm spices, perfect for holidays and special gatherings.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 fully cooked bone-in ham (8–10 lbs)
02 - 1/2 cup honey
03 - 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
04 - 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
05 - 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
06 - 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
07 - 1/4 tsp ground cloves
08 - 1/4 tsp black pepper

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Place the ham, flat side down, on a rack in a large roasting pan. Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern with a sharp knife. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
02 - In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, cloves, and pepper. Bring to a simmer, stirring often, until thickened slightly (about 5 minutes). Remove from heat.
03 - After 1 1/2 hours, uncover the ham and brush generously with the honey glaze. Bake uncovered for another 30–40 minutes, basting with additional glaze every 10 minutes, until the ham is glossy and caramelized.
04 - Remove from oven and let the ham rest for 15 minutes before slicing. Serve warm with extra glaze drizzled over the top if desired.

# Additional Notes:

01 - For extra flavor, add a splash of orange juice to the glaze.
02 - Leftovers are perfect for sandwiches, salads, or soups.
03 - Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey to taste.
