01 - 450 g large shrimp, peeled and deveined
02 - 2 cups cooked white or brown rice

03 - 60 ml honey
04 - 60 ml low-sodium soy sauce
05 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger

→ For Cooking

07 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

08 - 1 teaspoon cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
09 - 1 tablespoon water (if using cornstarch)

10 - 2 tablespoons green onions, sliced
11 - 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Cook the rice according to package directions. Set aside and keep warm.
02 - In a bowl, whisk together honey, low-sodium soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger. For a thicker sauce, dissolve cornstarch in water and stir into the sauce mixture.
03 - Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Arrange shrimp in a single layer and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until pink and lightly golden.
04 - Pour the prepared honey garlic sauce over the shrimp. Continue cooking for 2 to 3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken and coat the shrimp.
