20 - 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
21 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes
22 - 1 cup snap peas

# How to Make It:

01 - In a large bowl, blend cream cheese, cheddar, chives, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt until smooth and fully incorporated.
02 - Divide mixture into 16 portions: 8 larger balls for bodies and 8 smaller balls for heads.
03 - Roll each ball in selected coating—pecans, coconut, or Parmesan. Arrange smaller balls atop larger ones on parchment-lined tray to form snowmen, pressing gently to adhere.
04 - Chill snowmen in refrigerator for at least 1 hour to firm.
05 - Use black peppercorns or olives for eyes and buttons, insert mini carrot sticks or slices for noses, wrap chive stems or bell pepper strips as scarves, and optionally add pretzel sticks for arms.
06 - Place cheeseball snowmen on serving platter surrounded by vegetable dippers. Serve chilled.
