16 - 2 tablespoons fresh sage, chopped
17 - 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
18 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
19 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

→ Finishing

20 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
21 - Flaky sea salt, to taste

# How to Make It:

01 - In a large bowl, combine flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt. Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg; mix until a soft dough forms. Knead for 8 to 10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Transfer to a greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in volume.
02 - In a large skillet over medium-low heat, warm olive oil and butter. Add sliced onions and cook, stirring occasionally, for 20 to 25 minutes until deeply golden and caramelized.
03 - Add diced celery and minced garlic to the onions; cook for 3 minutes until softened. Pour in vegetable broth and add cubed bread. Stir until bread absorbs the broth. Remove from heat and fold in chopped parsley, sage, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Allow mixture to cool completely.
04 - Deflate the risen dough and roll out on a floured surface to a 12x16-inch rectangle. Evenly distribute the cooled stuffing over the surface, leaving a 1/2-inch border on the edges. Roll up tightly from a long side to form a log. With a sharp knife, slice into 12 equal pieces.
05 - Arrange rolls evenly in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Cover and let rise in a warm area for 30 minutes.
06 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter and sprinkle with flaky sea salt. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
