Healthy Chocolate Banana Bread (Print Version)

A moist, delicious chocolate banana bread made with ripe bananas, cocoa, and nut butter for a nutritious twist on a classic treat.

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 3 medium ripe bananas (about 360 g)
02 - 2 large eggs
03 - 60 g nut butter (almond, peanut, cashew, or sunflower seed butter)
04 - 70 g granular sweetener (monk fruit or brown sugar)
05 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
06 - ⅙ tsp sea salt

→ Dry Ingredients

07 - 150 g oat flour
08 - 50 g cocoa powder
09 - 2 tsp baking powder
10 - 40 g chocolate chips

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a 20 cm loaf pan with parchment paper or grease lightly.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, mash three ripe bananas until smooth.
03 - Stir in the nut butter and eggs, followed by the sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.
04 - Add oat flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Stir until combined.
05 - Fold in chocolate chips. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and top with extra chips if desired.
06 - Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then remove and let cool completely before slicing.
