# What You’ll Need:

01 - 10.5 ounces whole wheat penne
02 - 14 ounces lean ground beef

→ Veggies & Sauce

03 - 3 cups fresh spinach
04 - 2 cups tomato sauce
05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

# How to Make It:

01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add whole wheat penne and cook until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
02 - In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the lean ground beef with minced garlic. Stir frequently and cook until the beef is no longer pink. Drain excess fat from the pan.
03 - Add tomato sauce and fresh spinach to the browned beef. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes until the spinach wilts and the sauce is heated through.
04 - Add the cooked pasta and grated Parmesan cheese to the skillet. Toss everything together until well combined. Serve immediately.
