# Ingredients:

→ Vegetables

01 - 2 ears corn, husked
02 - 1 ripe avocado, diced
03 - 1 small red onion, finely chopped
04 - 1 medium tomato, diced
05 - 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
06 - 60 ml fresh cilantro, chopped
07 - Juice of 1 lime

→ Seasonings

08 - Salt, to taste
09 - Black pepper, to taste

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat a grill to medium-high heat. Grill corn for 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred and cooked through. Allow to cool slightly, then cut kernels from the cob.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine grilled corn kernels, diced avocado, red onion, tomato, jalapeño, and chopped cilantro.
03 - Drizzle mixture with lime juice and season with salt and black pepper. Gently toss to mix all components evenly.
04 - Serve immediately or allow salsa to rest for 10 minutes to enhance the flavors before serving.
