# What You’ll Need:

01 - 4 slices sandwich bread (white, sourdough, or whole wheat)
02 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
→ Cheese
03 - 4 slices cheddar cheese (or mix of mozzarella, Swiss, or American)
# How to Make It:
01 - Spread a thin, even layer of softened butter on one side of each slice of bread.
02 - Place 2 slices of cheese between two unbuttered sides of bread, creating a sandwich with the buttered sides facing outward.
03 - Heat a skillet or nonstick pan over medium-low heat.
04 - Place the sandwiches in the skillet and cook for 3–4 minutes per side, pressing gently with a spatula, until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is fully melted.
05 - Remove from heat, let rest for 1 minute, then slice and serve hot.
