# How to Make It:
01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
02 - Melt butter and chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a saucepan of simmering water, stirring until smooth.
03 - Whisk sugar into the melted mixture, then add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
04 - Sift in flour, matcha powder, and salt. Stir gently until just combined.
05 - Fold in white miso paste, leaving visible streaks for a marbled effect.
06 - Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until set but still fudgy. Cool completely before slicing.
07 - Beat mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract together until thick and smooth.
08 - Briefly dip ladyfinger biscuits in cooled chai tea and arrange in serving cups or glasses.
09 - Spread mascarpone mixture over biscuits. Dust the top with ground cinnamon, cardamom, and cocoa powder.
