# What You’ll Need:

01 - 4 salmon fillets (skin-on or skinless)
02 - 2 tbsp olive oil
03 - Salt and pepper, to taste
04 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 3 tbsp unsalted butter
06 - 1 tbsp lemon juice

# How to Make It:

01 - Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.

04 - In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add the butter and let it melt, then add the minced garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
