03 - 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
04 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
05 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
07 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice
08 - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

10 - Black pepper, to taste
11 - 1/4 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
12 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
13 - 60 ml water (for steaming broccoli)

# How to Make It:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken pieces, season with salt and black pepper, and sauté for 5-6 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and cooked through. Transfer chicken to a plate and set aside.
02 - In the same skillet, add 60 ml water and broccoli florets. Cover and steam for 2-3 minutes until broccoli is slightly tender but crisp. Drain off any excess water.
03 - Reduce heat to medium-low. Melt butter in the skillet. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until aromatic.
04 - Stir in soy sauce, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes (if using) to the garlic butter. Mix thoroughly.
05 - Return cooked chicken to the skillet. Toss in the garlic butter sauce for 1-2 minutes to evenly coat.
