Golden sandwiches with creamy cheesecake filling and fresh strawberries—crisp, decadent, and perfect for any snack.

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 120 g cream cheese, softened
02 - 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
03 - 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
04 - 120 g fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

→ Sandwich Assembly

05 - 8 slices white sandwich bread
06 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

→ For Frying

07 - 2 large eggs
08 - 2 tablespoons milk
09 - 0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
10 - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar (for coating, optional)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until completely smooth and creamy.
02 - Lay out the bread slices. Evenly spread the cheesecake filling onto 4 slices. Add an even layer of sliced strawberries over the filling. Top with the remaining 4 bread slices to create sandwiches.
03 - Press the edges of each sandwich gently to seal. Flatten each sandwich lightly with the palm of your hand.
04 - In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and cinnamon until well combined.
05 - Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat and melt 1 tablespoon of the butter.
06 - Dip each sandwich into the egg mixture, coating both sides evenly.
07 - Place the sandwiches in the skillet. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and crisp, adding more butter as needed and working in batches if necessary.
08 - If a sweet finish is desired, toss the hot sandwiches in granulated sugar immediately after frying.
09 - Slice each sandwich in half and serve warm.

# Additional Notes:

01 - For enhanced flavor, spread a layer of strawberry jam with the fresh berries.
02 - Brioche or challah bread can be used for a richer texture.
03 - These sandwiches pair well with freshly brewed coffee or cold milk.
04 - Blueberries or raspberries make an excellent alternative to strawberries.
