→ Tortilla Chips

13 - 8 small corn tortillas
14 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
15 - 1/2 teaspoon salt

# How to Make It:

01 - Reduce oven rack to center position and preheat to 350°F (180°C).
02 - Stack corn tortillas and cut into triangles. Arrange evenly on a baking sheet, brush surfaces with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt. Bake for 8–10 minutes until chips are golden brown and crisp. Allow to cool fully on wire rack.
03 - Scoop avocado flesh into a large mixing bowl. Using a fork or masher, crush until mostly smooth but retaining a slight texture.
04 - Add chopped red onion, diced tomato, minced jalapeño, chopped cilantro, lime juice, salt, and black pepper to mashed avocado. Mix gently to incorporate all flavors. Taste and adjust salt or lime juice as desired.
05 - Transfer guacamole onto a rectangular serving platter or shallow dish. Mold into a thick rectangle to resemble Frankenstein’s face.
06 - Decorate with black olives for eyes, a slice of red bell pepper for the mouth, blue corn tortilla chips for eyebrows, and insert pretzel sticks on the side as bolts.
07 - Arrange cooled tortilla chips around the platter and serve immediately.
