Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add fusilli and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced chicken, red bell pepper, and onion. Sprinkle with fajita seasoning. Sauté until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are softened, about 6–8 minutes.

Pour tomato sauce into the skillet, stirring to coat chicken and vegetables. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until sauce is slightly thickened.

Add drained fusilli and shredded cheese to the skillet. Toss until the cheese is melted and all ingredients are evenly combined. Serve immediately.
