03 - 2 tbsp colored sprinkles
04 - 2 tbsp mini sugar pearls or edible stars
05 - 12 pretzel sticks (for tree trunks)
# How to Make It:
01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a heatproof bowl set over simmering water, melt the chocolate with coconut oil if using, stirring until smooth.
03 - Transfer melted chocolate to a piping bag or small zip-top bag and snip a tiny corner.
04 - Place pretzel sticks spaced apart on the parchment paper to serve as tree trunks.
05 - Pipe zigzag lines of chocolate over each pretzel stick to form a triangular Christmas tree shape.
06 - Sprinkle colored sprinkles and sugar pearls immediately over the wet chocolate.
07 - Allow the trees to set at room temperature for 30 minutes or refrigerate for 10 minutes until firm.
08 - Carefully peel trees off parchment and serve or package for gifting.
