01 - In a large mixing bowl, pour 2 cups boiling water over the lime gelatin and stir until completely dissolved. Incorporate 2 cups cold water, mixing thoroughly.
02 - Divide the dissolved gelatin evenly between 8 clear cups, filling each halfway. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk sweetened condensed milk with 1/2 cup hot water. Add the third box of lime gelatin, stirring until dissolved. If desired, blend in green food coloring for an intensified hue.
04 - Allow the slime mixture to reach room temperature without setting.
05 - When the gelatin base is firm, gently pour or spoon the slime mixture over each cup to fill. Refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour until fully set.
06 - Just before serving, decorate each dessert cup with candy eyeballs or gummy worms for festive ambience.
