# Ingredients:

→ Churro Bites

01 - 280 g angel food cake (store-bought or homemade)
02 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

→ Cinnamon Sugar Coating

03 - 100 g granulated sugar
04 - 1.5 teaspoons ground cinnamon

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Slice the angel food cake into 2.5 cm bite-sized cubes using a sharp knife.
03 - In a mixing bowl, combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon until evenly mixed.
04 - Using a pastry brush, lightly brush all sides of each cake cube with melted butter.
05 - Roll or toss the buttered cake cubes in the cinnamon sugar mixture until fully coated.
06 - Place coated cubes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring space between each piece. Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until edges are crisp and golden brown. Monitor closely to prevent burning.
07 - Allow churro bites to cool for several minutes before serving. Serve warm or at room temperature.
