# What You’ll Need:

→ Cheese

01 - 250 g halloumi cheese

→ Tortillas

02 - 4 small corn or flour tortillas

→ Vegetables

03 - 1 cup shredded red cabbage
04 - 1 ripe avocado, sliced

→ Pickled Onions

05 - 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
06 - 120 ml white vinegar
07 - 120 ml water
08 - 1 tablespoon sugar
09 - 1 teaspoon salt

→ Spices

10 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
11 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

# How to Make It:

01 - Combine white vinegar, water, sugar, and salt in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer and stir until the sugar dissolves. Pour the hot liquid over the sliced red onion in a bowl and let stand for at least 15 minutes.
02 - Slice halloumi into 1 cm thick pieces.
03 - Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add halloumi slices and cook for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and crisp. Sprinkle smoked paprika and cumin over the cheese during cooking.
04 - Heat tortillas in a pan or microwave briefly until pliable.
05 - Layer crispy halloumi, pickled onions, shredded red cabbage, and avocado slices into each tortilla. Serve immediately.
