# What You’ll Need:

→ Avocados

01 - 2 ripe avocados

→ Breading

02 - 120 g panko breadcrumbs
03 - 65 g all-purpose flour
04 - 2 large eggs
05 - Salt, to taste
06 - Fresh ground black pepper, to taste

→ Hot Honey Drizzle

07 - 60 ml honey
08 - 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 220°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Cut the avocados in half, remove pits, and slice into even wedges.
03 - In one bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs with salt and pepper. Place the flour in a second bowl. In a third bowl, whisk the eggs until fully beaten.
04 - Dredge each avocado wedge in flour, dip in the beaten eggs, then coat with panko mixture. Arrange the coated slices evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the coating is golden and crisp.
06 - Combine honey and red pepper flakes in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir until the honey is warmed through and infused.
07 - Remove avocado slices from the oven and plate. Drizzle immediately with warm hot honey before serving.
