Marry Me Dip Cheese Sun-dried Tomatoes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 225 g cream cheese, softened
02 - 240 ml sour cream
03 - 110 g shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - 110 g shredded Parmesan cheese
05 - 60 g shredded sharp cheddar cheese

→ Vegetables & Herbs

06 - 40 g sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped
07 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
08 - 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped or 2 teaspoons dried basil
09 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
10 - 0.5 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, optional

11 - 0.5 teaspoon kosher salt
12 - 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
13 - 2 tablespoons olive oil, preferably from sun-dried tomato jar or regular

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Set oven to 190°C (375°F) to preheat.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, and cheddar cheese.
03 - Stir in the chopped sun-dried tomatoes, minced garlic, basil, oregano, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
04 - Pour in olive oil and mix until the dip base is smooth and evenly combined.
05 - Spread the mixture evenly into a medium oven-safe baking dish.
06 - Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until bubbling and the edges turn golden.
07 - Allow dip to cool slightly before serving. Pair with toasted baguette slices, crackers, or vegetable sticks as desired.
