# What You’ll Need:

→ Meatballs

01 - 450 g ground beef
02 - 60 g panko breadcrumbs
03 - 1 large egg
04 - 40 g finely chopped onion
05 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
06 - 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - Salt, to taste
08 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Glaze

09 - 397 g whole berry cranberry sauce (1 can)
10 - 60 ml orange juice
11 - 28 g brown sugar
12 - 15 ml Worcestershire sauce

# How to Make It:

01 - In a large bowl, combine ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, egg, onion, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix just until ingredients are evenly incorporated.
02 - Portion the mixture and roll into balls about 2.5 cm in diameter, ensuring they are uniform in size for even cooking.
03 - Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Working in batches, add meatballs and cook until browned on all sides. Transfer to a plate when browned.
04 - In a small saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, orange juice, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Whisk and bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring frequently until smooth.
05 - Reduce heat to low. Add the browned meatballs to the saucepan, coating them thoroughly in the glaze. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the sauce to thicken.
