# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 450 g full-fat cottage cheese
02 - 60 ml pure maple syrup or honey
03 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
04 - Pinch of salt

05 - 50 g fresh berries or chopped fruit
06 - 40 g dark chocolate chips
07 - 30 g chopped roasted nuts

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Combine cottage cheese, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and salt in a food processor or blender. Blend until completely smooth and creamy, about 1–2 minutes.
02 - Taste the blended mixture and adjust sweetness as desired.
03 - Gently fold in any chosen mix-ins such as fruit, chocolate chips, or chopped nuts using a spatula.
04 - Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and spread evenly.
05 - Freeze for at least 2 hours, or until firm yet scoopable.
06 - Allow to sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before scooping. Serve and enjoy.
