Fill two tall glasses with ice cubes.

Pour 200 ml of chilled coconut water into each glass.

Add 1 shot (30 ml) of espresso or 60 ml brewed coffee to each glass.

Stir gently to blend the liquids.

Add maple syrup or agave syrup if desired, stirring until dissolved.

Garnish with toasted coconut flakes or a coffee bean, if using. Serve immediately.
