# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat oven to 150°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a clean bowl, whisk egg whites together with cream of tartar and salt until stiff peaks form.
03 - In a separate bowl, blend egg yolks with softened cream cheese until smooth.
04 - Gently fold the egg yolk mixture into the egg whites until just incorporated. Spoon the mixture to form 4 equal rounds on the prepared tray.
