Place aquafaba in a large mixing bowl and use an electric mixer to whip on high speed until firm, glossy peaks form, about 5 to 7 minutes.

Gently fold melted and cooled dark chocolate into whipped aquafaba using a silicone spatula, maintaining as much volume as possible.

Evenly distribute the mixture into 4 ramekins and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until fully set.
