01 - Juice half of the lemon (about 1 ½ tablespoons of juice). Slice the remaining half into thin rounds.
02 - In a mason jar or tall glass, combine the water, chia seeds, lemon juice, and lemon slices.
03 - If using a jar with a lid, secure the lid and give it a good shake to distribute the seeds. Otherwise, stir well.
04 - Let the mixture rest for 15 minutes, allowing the chia seeds to plump up.
05 - Shake or stir before each sip to keep the seeds evenly distributed. Enjoy!
