01 -  Combine flour, eggs, milk, ground cinnamon, and cashew butter in a blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous. 
 02 -  Gently fold the grated apple into the batter using a spatula to distribute evenly. 
 03 -  Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly oil the surface. Pour portions of batter onto the skillet and cook until golden on both sides, turning once when bubbles appear.
