- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 10-inch pizza pan or baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine crushed salted pretzels, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a bowl. Mix thoroughly.
- Press mixture firmly into the prepared pan, spreading to a 1/4-inch thickness. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until the crust is set and golden. Cool completely.
- Toss sliced apples with lemon juice to prevent browning. Set aside.
- Using an electric mixer or whisk, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until creamy and smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
- Layer the apple slices in concentric circles or a decorative pattern over the cream cheese layer.
- Drizzle caramel sauce generously over the apples and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
- If using, top with chopped toasted pecans and additional crushed pretzel pieces.
- Refrigerate assembled pizza for at least 15 minutes before slicing. For serving, drizzle with extra caramel sauce if desired.
