01 - 4 slices Texas toast
02 - 7 ounces cooked shrimp, Cajun-seasoned
03 - 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
04 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
05 - 1 tablespoon chopped green onions

# How to Make It:

01 - Sauté Cajun-seasoned shrimp in a skillet over medium heat until warmed through.
02 - Place Texas toast slices on a work surface. Distribute shrimp evenly over two slices and top with shredded pepper jack cheese and chopped green onions.
03 - Spread butter on the outer sides of each sandwich. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and grill sandwiches until the bread is golden brown and cheese has melted, about 3–4 minutes per side.
