# How to Make It:

01 - Set oven to 220°C and allow to fully preheat.
02 - In a large bowl, combine cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper, tossing to evenly coat.
03 - Arrange seasoned cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway, until golden and crisp.
04 - Remove cauliflower from oven and toss immediately with buffalo sauce in a mixing bowl until all pieces are coated.
05 - Place roasted buffalo cauliflower in lettuce leaves and top with shredded carrots, diced cucumber, chopped green onions, and avocado slices.
