# What You’ll Need:

→ Pasta

01 - 7 ounces small pasta shapes (elbows, shells, or bow ties)

→ Sweet Nacho Toppings

02 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
03 - 2 tablespoons brown sugar
04 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
05 - 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
06 - 1 medium banana, sliced
07 - 1/3 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
08 - 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

→ Creamy Yogurt Sauce

09 - 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
10 - 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
11 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
12 - Pinch of salt

# How to Make It:

01 - Cook pasta in a medium saucepan of boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain using a colander and set aside.
02 - Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add brown sugar and cinnamon, stirring constantly until the mixture is fully dissolved and aromatic, about 1 minute.
03 - Add drained pasta to the skillet, tossing until the pieces are evenly coated in the cinnamon butter. Remove from heat.
04 - In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until the sauce is completely smooth.
05 - Divide sweet cinnamon pasta into four serving bowls. Garnish with mixed berries, banana slices, and nuts if using.
06 - Drizzle each serving generously with the creamy yogurt sauce. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top, if desired.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Substitute the berries with any seasonal fruit, such as peaches, kiwi, or apples.
02 - For a vegan adaptation, use plant-based butter and yogurt, and swap honey for maple syrup.
03 - Enhance texture with granola or toasted coconut flakes.
04 - Can be served warm or at room temperature.
