Bubble Pizza Casserole Biscuits (Print Version)

Biscuit dough, sausage, and cheese bake together in a saucy, bubbly casserole, perfect for satisfying family dinners.

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 450 g refrigerated buttermilk biscuit dough, cut into quarters
02 - 400 g Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled
03 - 500 ml pizza sauce or marinara sauce

→ Cheese

04 - 300 g shredded mozzarella
05 - 40 g grated parmesan

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat the oven to 190°C and grease a 23×33 cm baking dish.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, toss the biscuit dough quarters with pizza sauce and cooked sausage until evenly coated.
03 - Pour the biscuit mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
04 - Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan over the surface.
05 - Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the biscuits have risen and the center is set.
06 - Allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving.

# Additional Notes:

01 - For a supreme version, add sliced olives or bell peppers before baking.
02 - Homemade biscuit dough can be used instead of refrigerated dough for a fresher texture.
