# How to Make It:

01 - Cut the Brie wheel into 8 equal wedges, keeping the rind intact for stability.
02 - Place the wedges on a large serving platter forming a triangular tree shape, with pointed ends outward and wide bases touching to create layers.
03 - Insert fresh rosemary sprigs in between the wedges to simulate pine branches.
