01 - 2 large flour tortillas
02 - 3 large eggs, scrambled
03 - 0.5 cup cooked bacon bits
04 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
05 - 0.25 cup salsa
06 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

# How to Make It:

01 - Whisk eggs thoroughly and scramble in a nonstick skillet over medium heat, folding in cooked bacon bits just before eggs are fully set.
02 - Lay each flour tortilla flat. Evenly divide scrambled eggs with bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and salsa down the center of each tortilla.
03 - Fold in sides of tortillas and roll tightly. Generously spread butter on the outside surfaces of each filled tortilla.
04 - Heat a clean nonstick skillet over medium heat. Place the filled, buttered tortillas seam side down. Cook until golden and crisp on both sides, about 2 to 3 minutes per side, pressing gently with a spatula.
