04 - Layer BBQ chicken mixture, diced peaches, jalapeño slices, and smoked cheddar cheese evenly over the chips.
05 - Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
06 - Remove from oven. Top with chopped green onions and fresh cilantro before serving.
