01 -  Peel the bananas and slice them into coins approximately 1.25 cm thick. 
 02 -  Place banana slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 
 03 -  Freeze the banana slices for at least 2 hours, or until they are fully solid. 
 04 -  Transfer frozen banana slices to a high-speed blender or food processor. Blend on high, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed, until the mixture is creamy and smooth, about 2 to 3 minutes. 
 05 -  Serve immediately for a soft-serve consistency, or transfer to an airtight container and freeze for 1 to 2 hours for a firmer texture.
