# What You’ll Need:

→ Pasta

01 - 12 oz elbow macaroni

→ Cheese

02 - 8 oz block feta cheese

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F.
02 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until just al dente. Drain and reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water.
03 - Place the block of feta cheese in the center of an 8x8 inch baking dish.
04 - Arrange the drained pasta around the feta in the baking dish. Pour the reserved pasta water evenly over the pasta and cheese.
05 - Bake the dish uncovered for 20 minutes, or until the feta is softened and lightly golden.
06 - Remove from the oven. Using a spoon or spatula, break up the feta and thoroughly mix with the pasta until creamy and well blended. Season with freshly ground black pepper if preferred. Serve immediately.
