01 - 12 large fresh strawberries

02 - 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
03 - 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
04 - ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

05 - 12 mini marshmallows
06 - 2 tablespoons white chocolate chips
07 - 1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional, for melting)

# How to Make It:

01 - Wash and dry strawberries, then slice off the leafy end so they stand upright. Set aside.
02 - Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
03 - Transfer filling to a piping bag or plastic bag with a corner cut off, then pipe a small mound onto the cut side of each strawberry.
04 - Place one mini marshmallow atop each strawberry to represent the pom-pom of Santa’s hat.
05 - In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips with coconut oil (if using) in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
06 - Pipe or drizzle melted white chocolate around the base of each strawberry to mimic the hat’s fur trim, using a toothpick for detail if needed.
07 - Arrange the decorated strawberries in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook at 320°F for 2 to 3 minutes to lightly set chocolate. Cool before serving.
