# What You’ll Need:

01 - 1 sheet refrigerated pizza dough (approximately 400 grams)

→ Filling

02 - 120 grams pizza sauce
03 - 100 grams shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - 40 grams grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 30 grams chopped pepperoni (optional, omit for vegetarian option)
06 - 0.5 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
07 - 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder

→ Topping

08 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
09 - 0.5 teaspoon dried oregano
10 - 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese (for sprinkling)

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat the air fryer to 190°C for 3 minutes.
02 - Unroll the pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface and stretch to a rectangle of approximately 35 x 25 cm.
03 - Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1 cm border untouched.
04 - Sprinkle mozzarella, Parmesan, chopped pepperoni (if using), Italian herbs, and garlic powder evenly over the sauce.
05 - Roll the dough tightly from the long side into a log. Pinch the seam firmly to seal.
06 - Slice the rolled dough into 24 even pieces, each approximately 1.5 cm thick.
07 - Brush or spray the air fryer basket lightly with oil.
08 - Place the dough pieces in a single layer in the basket, leaving space between each roll. Cook in batches if necessary.
09 - Brush the tops lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with dried oregano and grated Parmesan.
10 - Air fry the rolls for 7 to 8 minutes until golden and the cheese is bubbling.
11 - Allow rolls to cool for 2 minutes before serving.
