Preheat the air fryer to 190°C for 3 minutes.

Unroll the pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface and stretch to a rectangle of approximately 35 x 25 cm.

Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1 cm border untouched.

Sprinkle mozzarella, Parmesan, chopped pepperoni (if using), Italian herbs, and garlic powder evenly over the sauce.

Roll the dough tightly from the long side into a log. Pinch the seam firmly to seal.

Slice the rolled dough into 24 even pieces, each approximately 1.5 cm thick.

Brush or spray the air fryer basket lightly with oil.

Place the dough pieces in a single layer in the basket, leaving space between each roll. Cook in batches if necessary.

Brush the tops lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with dried oregano and grated Parmesan.

Air fry the rolls for 7 to 8 minutes until golden and the cheese is bubbling.
