Air Fryer Pizza Roll Ups (Print Version)

# What You’ll Need:

→ Bread

01 - 8 slices white or whole wheat sandwich bread, crusts removed

→ Filling

02 - 8 tablespoons pizza sauce
03 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - 24 slices pepperoni (optional, omit for vegetarian preparation)
05 - 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (basil, oregano)

→ Topping

06 - 2 tablespoons melted butter
07 - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

# How to Make It:

01 - Set air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and allow to preheat.
02 - Use a rolling pin to flatten each slice of bread evenly until thin.
03 - Evenly spread 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce over each bread slice, leaving a small border around the edges.
04 - Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese and dried Italian herbs evenly over the sauce. For non-vegetarian option, add 3 slices of pepperoni per roll up.
05 - Carefully roll each bread slice up tightly and brush the seam edge with melted butter to seal.
06 - Brush tops of each roll up with remaining melted butter. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
07 - Place roll ups seam-side down in air fryer basket. Work in batches if needed. Air fry for 6 to 8 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and crisp.
08 - Allow roll ups to cool slightly before serving. Offer extra pizza sauce for dipping, if desired.
