Krunchoco Layered Cake (Print Version)

Moist chocolate cake soaked in chocolate milk, topped with cream, ganache and a crunchy chocolate cereal finish.

# What You’ll Need:

→ Cake Base

01 - 220g chocolate box cake mix
02 - 2 eggs
03 - 65ml vegetable oil
04 - 120ml warm water

→ Milk Soak

05 - 300ml chocolate milk

→ Cream Layer

06 - 1/4 cup cream cheese
07 - 1/2 cup double cream
08 - 3 tbsp sweetened condensed milk

→ Ganache

09 - 70g milk chocolate
10 - 70g double cream

→ Chocolate Crunch Topping

11 - 30g melted milk chocolate
12 - 50g chocolate cereal
13 - 1 tsp cocoa powder or chocolate powder

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a baking dish.
02 - In a bowl, mix cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and warm water until smooth. Bake for 28 minutes.
03 - Poke holes in the warm cake and slowly pour chocolate milk over it. Chill for 15 minutes.
04 - In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, double cream, and condensed milk until fluffy. Spread over the cake.
05 - Heat double cream and pour over milk chocolate. Stir until smooth and pour on top of the cream layer.
06 - Mix melted milk chocolate with chocolate cereal and cocoa powder. Sprinkle over the ganache.
07 - Chill for at least 1 hour before slicing.
